Memorandum of Understanding with the National Credit Union Administration Regarding Enhanced Cooperation and Coordination

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the National Credit Union Administration entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on January 14, 2021 (MOU). The MOU is intended to enhance cooperation and coordination between the agencies in a variety of areas including supervision, enforcement, and diversity and inclusion.
